About Us

Katie Mason Stern, a Los Angeles native, grew up spending summers across the Atlantic—living in London and traveling throughout Europe. She played tennis at the collegiate level for University of Arizona and went on to earn her Bachelor’s degree at University of California, Los Angeles.

After training for her career in representation at Intertalent and UTA, she became an agent with APA in 1993, where she developed an eye for finding young talent. She often traveled to film festivals, where she discovered talents such as Norman Reedus, Hilary Swank, Amy Smart, Jamie Kennedy, Jacinda Barrett, and Rose McGowan.

Eventually, she crossed over to management and moved to Addis-Wechsler Management repping Johnny Galecki and from there to CAA, where she concentrated on talent branding and new media. This focus continued during her five year tenure at Paradigm.

Currently, Katie can be found as a Talent/Brand manager at Luber Roklin Entertainment, where she not only develops the acting careers of her clients but also strives to build a beneficial relationship between her celebrity talent and established brands. Her personal interest and empathy for full-careered family women inspires her to especially seek collaboration in that area.

Katie resides in Los Angeles with her family—her husband, her 14 year-old son Oliver, and a daughter Lucca 9 years old. The family is passionate about traveling and the outdoors—continuing the tradition of Katie’s own childhood and adopting the world as a wide-reaching classroom for her son and daughters education. Additionally, she advocates charity work and pursues an active involvement with organizations such as Much Love Animal Rescue, Step Up for Charity, and Children of the Night. She is grateful for how full her life is, firmly believing that she is a better mom, wife and talent manager because of the balance in her life.

 

Michelle Steinberg originally hails from Chicago, and is a graduate from Arizona State University, completing her bachelor's degree in three years.  Always the go-getter, she is a consummate and effective communicator and connector.  

As a marketing, PR and Social Media pioneer, Michelle has spent the last 25 years shaping the way consumers think and feel about products and properties across all sectors. She is an incredibly effective media relations professional who consistently garners top-tier media coverage, delivering strong and deliberate programming and experiential activations for her clients.  She is authentic and approachable, and ranked in Advertising Age’s ‘Top Marketing 100’ as one of the industry’s top marketing executives.  One of the first to introduce influencer marketing to a company, Michelle successfully utilizes strategy, content creation and messaging, delivering top-quality concepts and programs with a proven track record of results.  She excels in expanding a company's reach in digital and e-commerce, launching brands to market, and designing the perfect overall branding concept.  Specializing in celebrity, influencer and content branding, she helps integrate branding initiatives with innovative techniques, creating and executing strategic marketing plans across multiple mediums.

Michelle has been the owner/CEO of her own PR company for the last 25 years.  As a marketer, storyteller, influencer, and innovator, she is a solutionist, consistently creating unparalleled brand experiences.  

Currently Steinberg resides in Southern California with her husband and two children 9 and 7.  She is an avid yoga enthusiast, and loves to spend time running.  She has completed the Los Angeles, Chicago and New York Marathons. She is proud vegan and hopes to instill principles of community and kindness to her children and all those with whom she meets.  She has worked and supported multiple charities including the Laker Youth Foundation, Echoes of Hope, and No Kid Hungry.  She is caring and thoughtful woman with a deep-rooted community ethos. With the All Kind Company, she intends to bring her vast knowledge to bear in support of her community by creating a company who's goal and intention is to help and benefit those with whom it comes into contact. 

 

Natalie Klein is the former Partner and CEO of the leading lifestyle brand Hot Moms Club founded in 2005 (one of the first social network community for moms run by moms). She built up one of the largest mom networks world wide with 6.5 million organically grown social media followers and over 60 million in organic reach and saw the company through its acquisition. Over the 11 years Natalie was with HMC, she did everything from being Editor-in-chief of the online magazine to overseeing the daily operations including but not limited to celebrity partnerships, online ad sales and monetization of digital channels and growth.  On the corporate side, she has partnered with many brands on developing non-traditional campaigns, in store and online, creating the most efficient path to purchase across digital channels. While incorporating partnerships with several of the world’s most circulated print magazines, publishers and global media companies such as Conde Nast, Harper Collins and Time Warner.  Natalie is honored to join Katie and Michelle on this journey of Curating Kindness.

Natalie has served on the Good Foundation + committee, a charitable organization that was founded by Jessica Seinfeld and worked with the Make A Wish Foundation. Currently Natalie, sits on the Board of Directors for Don't Hide It Flaunt It. Natalie is married to a Hollywood agent Gregg Klein, they have two children, a son and daughter both under the age of 13 who are currently Junior Flaunt Ambassadors ( spreading kindness). They live in Southern California enjoy the beach and playing with their Havanese dog named Mookie Wilson and Bichon Poodle named Seaver (Tom)–Yes, Gregg named the dogs after Mets players.
